CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
You may send a check or money order to purchase our products. Simply print out your completed shopping cart screen and mail with your check or money order to LOLLIPOP PUBLISHING, P.O. Box 6354, Chesterfield, MO, 63006-6354. (For Missouri orders only: Failure to include sales tax may delay delivery.)

GIFT ORDERS
If you are sending an order as a gift, the recipient's name and complete address must be included on the order by typing it in the "Optional Shipping Address" box. Customized 50 character messages on gift cards are available for an additional charge of $1.50 (available via mail, fax, and phone orders only). Please indicate the message you would like in the "Other Instructions" area of the order form.

If for any reason, there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us promptly. If you wish to return your purchase, we offer complete refunds for products returned in a re-sellable condition within 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING
LOLLIPOP PUBLISHING ships most orders through the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are determined by packaged weight of the products ordered. These charges are clearly identified at the bottom of your order form, under Shipping. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order and should arrive in 7-10 business days. Overnight shipping is available on phone orders only. Please contact a customer service representative if you have any questions or special requests about your order.

SALES TAX
Only orders shipped to a Missouri address are charged sales tax. The Missouri sales tax rate is 7.325%.
Missouri orders: add the sales tax on the bottom of the order form.
